Responsibilities

• Be involved throughout the product lifecycle — from idea generation, design, and prototyping to execution and shipping
• Help design and build scalable and robust solutions across the full stack
• Lead architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers
• Cooperate with internal and external developers to ensure on-time delivery
• Plan risk mitigation strategies for technical roadblocks
• Work closely with the product development team to determine the direction of software development, solutions, and product offerings

What We Require

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong coding skills across frontend and backend — we're looking for people who can write clean, effective code
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern web frameworks
• Experience with databases, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience mentoring other engineers and leading technical initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent understanding of algorithms, performance, and systems design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
