Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable and robust solutions
• Lead backend architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers
• Cooperate with internal and external developers to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide expertise in improving product architecture, performance, and developer experience
• Plan risk mitigation strategies for technical roadblocks
• Work closely with the product development team to determine the direction of software development, solutions, and product offerings
